  • Non-lifter, new to the gym: Never lifted before, just getting started.
  • Beginner: New to lifting or returning after a long break.
  • Intermediate: Training consistently, comfortable with the main lifts.
  • Advanced: Experienced, structured programming and heavier loads.
  • Calisthenics / bodyweight: Primarily bodyweight training.
